Brown hat with embroidery

Beautiful hat made in four wedges, every visible stitch is hand made with linen thread. Made of dark brown wool with a lining of linen on the inside. The embroidery sized 8 cm x 8 cm was made with linen thread on linen fabric, which was also decorated with a stripe of gold silk. The stitching motif come from Lackalanga, Sweden 10 cent. This type of hats has been worn both in Scandinavia and in Slavic areas. The girth measure on the inside is 57 cm. The hat is finished with fur from a wild fox’s tail.
