Woolen Viking cap - plant dyed

Simple hat made of hand weaved wool in diamond pattern (100%). Wool was plant dyed with madder. Hat has four wedges. Every visible stitch is hand made with linen thread. Full lining of linen on the inside. This type of hats has been worn both in Scandinavia and in Slavic areas. The girth measured on the inside:

Size: girth 62 cm/24,41 in, deep 22 cm/8,66 in.
