This website presents attempts of reconstruction of early medieval clothing, mostly from Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. Most of my projects are related to the Viking and Slavic eras, although there are some Bronze Age projects. I started sewing about 25 years ago, first trips, first festivals, then the idea of making a website came up and somehow it just happened and I founded the company Othala Craft. And passion became a job....
My work brings a lot of joy, allows me to be in unusual places and meet unique people. You can meet me at many historical re-enactment events all over Europe. My costumes have been used for TV, film, theatre and music productions. And I have also gained experience. For many years, I have been a member of the Drużyna Grodu Trzygłowa and what goes with it, the Jomsborg Army.
