Linen dress based on Stuttgart Psalter

Beautiful dress, made of 100% linen fabric in green colour, medium thickness. Simple geometric cut based on a T shape, with a light undercut in the armpit. The cut of dress is based on The Stuttgart Psalter (Württembergische Landesbibliothek Stuttgart, Bibl. fol. 23) is a richly illuminated 9th-century psalter, considered one of the most significant of the Carolingian period. The sleeves narrow towards the wrist. The dress has no wedges; The dress is cut to a trapeze. The gown is trimmed with diamond-weave fabric in light emerald green.

Every visible stitch is hand made with a linen thread, inside stitches are machine. Half circle undercut. Linen was washed before sewing.
