Decorated Viking tunic made of wool in diamond pattern (100%) in yellow color. Shape based on a find from Birka (Sweden), 8th-9th cent. Made of two rectangles and with square-shaped wedges under the armpits and wedges on the sides. The fabric has been washed before sewing. Inside stitches are machine, every visible stitches are made by hand. In front of the tunic are two, large hand made embroideries made with woolen threads, sized 16 cm x 14 cm ( 6,30 inch x 5,51 inch). Threads naturally dyed with walnut shells. Motif from embroidery comes from brooches found in Skaill, Island of Orkney.

Size: XS, length of tunic: 96 cm (37,80 in), width x 2: 52 cm (20,47 in), length of sleeves: 5 cm (22,44 in), width of sleeves: 14 cm (5,51 in), width of wedges: 46 cm (18,11 in), split under neck: 7 cm (1,38 in).
