Kaftan made of wool (100%) in dark burgundy color. The shape of klappenrock was found in Hedeby 10th cent. It was also known in Vendel period. This shape of coat are comfortable, close to body. Inside stitches and outside stiches are hand made with linen threads. Klappenrok trimmed in dark red and emerald green wool (100%) in diagonal pattern. The front and sleeves are also trimmed in brocade silk (100%) with an iconography-based pattern.
Size: M: length of tunic: 99 cm (38,98 in), width x2: 58 cm (22,83 in), length of sleeves: 60 cm (23,62 in), width of sleeves: 15 cm (5,91 in), length of wedges: 42 cm (16,54 in).
