Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. All delivery times below are counted from dispatch.

Customs duties and import taxes
- Germany and other EU countries: we ship from Poland, which is inside the European Union. Your parcel stays within the EU customs union, so there are no customs duties, no import fees and no additional VAT charged on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
- United States: customs duties are on us. We ship to the USA on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means we pay the customs duties and import taxes for you. The amount you pay at checkout is the final amount – there is nothing extra to pay to the courier or to customs when your parcel arrives.
- Other countries outside the EU: import duties and taxes may apply. They are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices and are not collected by us.
Returns – 14 days
If you are a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- Items must be unused and in original condition. You may inspect the garment as you would in a shop, but not wear or use it.
- Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return address and answer any questions.
- The return shipment is arranged and paid for by you.
- We refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your declaration of withdrawal. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we refund the amount of the standard option.
- The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the order.
Faulty or damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, let us know as soon as possible. We will agree how to put it right. Your statutory warranty rights are unaffected by the return policy above.
Sizing
Every product page lists the available sizes and body measurements in centimetres. If you are unsure which size to choose, write to us before ordering – we will gladly help you pick the right fit and avoid a return.
