Woolen hood from Skjoldehamn - green

Beautiful Viking hood in green color. Made of thick, warm, 95% wool with a 5% blend. Hand sewn, every visible stitch is handmade with woolen thread. The inside was sewn with a machine. The shape of the hood is based on a find from Skjoldehamn on the Norwegian island Angoya. It's made with two rectangles sewn to each other on top of the head. In the front and back two square wedges were set in. Sewn high under the throat to protect from wind and cold. Hood trimmed with blue and yellow diamond-weave wool (100%). Ideal for cold days.

Size XL: length of hood 70 cm ( 27,56 inch), wide 45 cm ( 17,72 inch).

Can be use by man and woman, size is big enough for men also.
