Beautiful Viking hood made of 100% linen in natural colour. Hand-sewn: every visible stitch is made by hand with linen thread, the inside is machine-sewn.
The shape of the hood is based on a find from Skjoldehamn on the Norwegian island of Andøya. It is made of two rectangles sewn together on top of the head, with two square wedges set in at the front and back. Sewn high under the throat to protect from wind. Light and airy, ideal for warm days.
Size L: length of hood 67 cm (26,38 in), width 40 cm (15,75 in). Can be worn by men and women, the size is big enough for men as well.
