Decorated Viking shirt made of black linen (100%). Shape based on a find from Viking area Birka (Sweden), 8th-9th cent. Made of two rectangles and with square-shaped wedges under the armpits and cut at the sides. Fabric has been washed before sewing. The embroideries were with linen threads, sized 14 cm x 23 cm (5,51 in x 9,06 in). Inside stitches are machine, every visible stitches are made by hand. The motif of embroidery comes from detail from a sledge from Oseberg. The tunic will complement the Viking outfit.
